계정을 삭제하면 내 기록은 어떻게 되나요?

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

앱의 설정 > 회원탈퇴에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 내 계정과 내가 남긴 기록, 서버에 저장된 영상 파일이 삭제됩니다. 다른 참여자가 함께한 여행은 그 참여자들에게 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 삭제된 기록은 복구할 수 없습니다.

You can delete your account yourself in Settings > Delete account. Your account, your records, and your uploaded video files are removed. Trips shared with other members may remain for those members. Deleted records cannot be restored.

앱을 지웠다가 다시 설치했더니 영상이 보이지 않아요.

I reinstalled the app and my videos are missing.

여행과 장면 정보는 서버에 남아 있어 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 목록이 다시 나타납니다. 다만 영상은 기기 안에 있는 키로만 열 수 있게 암호화되어 있어, 새로 설치한 기기는 기존에 쓰던 기기의 승인이 필요합니다. 예전 기기를 더 이상 쓸 수 없는 상태라면 일부 영상이 열리지 않을 수 있으니 아래 이메일로 문의해 주세요.

Trips and scene records stay on the server, so signing in with the same account brings the list back. Videos, however, are end-to-end encrypted and can only be opened with a key held on your device, so a freshly installed device has to be approved from a device you already use. If your previous device is gone, some videos may stay locked — please email us.

스티커 모음이 사라졌어요.

My sticker library disappeared.

스티커 모음은 계정에 함께 보관되어, 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 잠시 후 자동으로 다시 내려받습니다. 네트워크 상태에 따라 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.

Your sticker library is stored with your account and downloads again automatically after you sign in. It can take a moment depending on your connection.

지도에 방문한 지역 색이 표시되지 않아요.

Visited areas aren't colored on the map.

방문 지역은 위치 정보가 담긴 장면과 이동 기록을 기준으로 기기에서 직접 계산합니다. 위치 권한이 꺼져 있거나 장면에 위치가 없으면 표시되지 않습니다. 여행 상세 화면에서는 표시되지 않고, 홈의 지구본 화면에서만 보입니다.

Visited areas are computed on your device from scenes and tracked routes that carry a location. If location permission is off, or a scene has no coordinate, nothing is filled in. The fill is shown on the home globe only, not inside a trip's detail view.

앱에서 문제가 생겼을 때 어떻게 알리나요?

How do I report a problem in the app?

앱의 설정 > 버그 신고에서 바로 보낼 수 있습니다. '진단 로그 함께 보내기'를 켜면 원인 파악에 도움이 되며, 로컬 파일 경로와 입력한 텍스트는 제거한 뒤 전송됩니다.

Use Settings > Report a bug in the app. Turning on "send diagnostic log" helps us find the cause; local file paths and text you typed are stripped before it is sent.
